Custom Baubles: Common Questions
What is the minimum quantity I can order?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pcs.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes approximately 3 weeks from the date the order is confirmed.
Which printing method do you use?
We use pad printing, where ink is transferred from a printing plate to the bauble with the help of a silicone pad.
Which logo file formats are required for printing?
For bitmap files, we accept .tif, .psd and .eps formats with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi and dimensions of at least 2000 × 1500 px.
For vector graphics, accepted formats include .cdr, .ai and .pdf.
How large can the print area be?
The maximum print area varies depending on the size of the bauble. More details are available in our PDF file.
Can a Christmas bauble with a printed logo also have handmade glitter decoration?
Yes. The decorative design can be chosen from our catalogue or supplied by the customer. Please see the additional information.
Can Christmas baubles be packed in branded packaging with the customer's logo?
Yes. For an individual quotation, please complete and submit the price request form available on our website.
How many colours can be used in one printed logo?
A single logo can contain up to 10 colours.
Can a full-colour image be printed on a Christmas bauble?
Yes. The minimum order for this option is 300 pcs. Examples are available in the Gallery.
How soon can I get a quotation?
A quotation is provided within 24 hours. Please complete and submit the request form on our website.
